This is a free contest for kids to have some super fun. This is the fifteenth annual Keith Noel memorial. Most people don’t know but Keith was a local to surfing and protecting the Jetty. In front of Pacific Beach Surf Shop is a wonderful Farmers Market that happens every Saturday morning from 7am to 1pm. These folks bring you the best organic food, flowers, and meat. For a sneak peak I’m going to post a few pictures for you.
